I ordered and paid for a Model 10030 – Defender safe room. Brad and David did the curb extension work, and later Kyle did the safe room installation. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product and believe that it will serve us well upon use. Last week, I sent you an email expressing my very positive satisfaction regarding the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Brad and David. I was initially concerned when Kyle showed up by himself yet he displayed excellent client interaction and expertly executed the installation. Certainly, it could have been completed quicker with a two man crew but he was very impressive to watch.
